This oceanfront duplex offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, 3 cable TV's, DVD player, phone, wireless internet, ceiling fans, sundeck, and a walkway to the beach. Rents Sunday to Sunday.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms with 1 Queen bed and 1 Double each. These bedrooms have private bathrooms and there is a half bath off the hall. Upstairs there is a master bedrom with a King bed and a private bathroom. There is a sitting area off of the king room with a Day bed with trundle. There are two more bedrooms upstairs each with 2 Double beds and these bedrooms share a bathroom in between them.
Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. Accommodates 20. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.
Rentals are weekly only for select weeks. Sunday to Sunday.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
