On the main level there are two bedrooms, each with a King bed, and each with a private bathroom with shower. There is a half bathroom on this level. Upstairs is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a private bath and a bedroom with a King bed and private bath. There are also two bedrooms that have two Queen beds each and a private bathroom with shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning and bed linens (Note: towels not included). Absolutely no pets. No smoking. Accommodates 16. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner to repeat renters.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
