It features six bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. There are three bedrooms up and three down. On the main level, two bedrooms have a queen bed in each and a king in the third bedroom. The oceanfront room has a private bath, and the other two share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Upstairs, the oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and a small daybed, and access to an oceanfront deck; another bedroom has two queen beds, and the other has two doubles. There's a full bath upstairs with access to the bedroom with the king bed, to the bedroom with two doubles, and to the hallway. This bathroom has two private toilets and two sinks. There's an additional den upstairs with a 60" smart TV and 1/2 bath. The dining room table seats ten; there's a small table with four chairs, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar with icemaker, iron/ironing board, Cable service provided by Direct TV, plus 5 TVs with Streaming service to be accessed with guests' login information, 2 DVD players, 2 Blu-rays, a Keurig coffeemaker as well as a 12-cup regular coffee maker, ice maker, and secured high speed Wi-Fi. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
