STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 258 West Second Street Unit 4A - This first floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two doubles, and the third has two singles.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, and secured Wi-Fi. Owner provides a streaming service through Spectrum, for your viewing pleasure. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the dock over the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off of Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
