Seven steps up, there are two bedrooms, one with two double beds, and one with two bunk beds, with doubles on the bottom and singles on the top. All bedrooms have cable TV. The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include it being approximately 200' from the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped, and the OIB Community Center. This house backs up to Fairmont Street, and it's an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.

Amenities include private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, six Smart TVs, porta-crib and secure high speed internet.
