Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10th of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby, elevator, cold water outside shower, central heat and air (lockout bedroom has motel-style A/C), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a TV in three of the bedrooms, ceiling fans, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo offers a view of the lagoon, partial ocean views, as well as partial waterway view from its large decks. This condo offers cable service; Streaming may be accessed with guest's own accounts.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.


All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
