198 East First Street - This oceanfront house features six bedrooms and six bathrooms on two levels. Every bedroom has a private bath, but the downstairs eastside bathroom also has access to the hallway. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms, with two queen beds in each. Upstairs, the two street side bedrooms have two queens in each, and the two master bedrooms, on the oceanfront, have a king bed in each and TVs. The dining room table seats ten, and there are four chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 3 TVs, blu-ray, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. Relax and enjoy the view from the oceanfront covered deck, or catch some sun rays on the open deck on the dunes, with built-in benches all around.

This house has keyless entry.

There' a golf cart outlet by the left side door. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
