The kitchen has plenty of room for the family chef, and dinners can be served with ocean vistas in the nearby dining area inside or outside on the oceanfront deck. The large great room ensures relaxing evenings with room to lounge together on the new sectional for game night or to watch a movie on the 75" Smart TV.
The proximity to local favorites like Waves Deli (sandwiches) and Real Watersports (outdoor sound side dining complete with unforgettable sunsets) is an added bonus. A new pool fence will expand the area around the pool. New siding and doors. Kitchen renovation including a new layout, new countertops and cabinets, and new appliances. New flooring in the great room, dining area, and kitchen.
New for 2023: Surf Shack will be a Sunday check-in.
New for 2022: There will be new furniture in the great room, dining room, media room, and all bedrooms. The will be new TVs throughout, including smart TVs in the bedrooms and a 75" Smart TV in the great room. There new ground level media room will feature a 75" Smart TV and a sofa. New LVP flooring in bathrooms. New pool side lounge chairs.
Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
