One of the closest villas to the beach, it is steps away from the ocean activities at the resort. Land Shark is one of the only villas in Corolla Light that offers two living areas as the ground level family room includes a Queen Murphy Bed. This quiet end villa offers 2 Master Bedrooms each with private balcony and is located in the center of Corolla Light Activity within walking distance to the beach, oceanfront pools, Corolla Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, bike paths, the sports center and so much more!
Ground Level: Bedroom with Queen Murphy Bed, 50" TV/DVD/VCR, stereo with CD and Xbox 360 that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus 40" flat-screen TV/VCR. Both first floor bedrooms have direct patio access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Features a very large great room with 65" Roku TV, wet bar, dining room with seating for 8, well-equipped kitchen and a full hall bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 40" flat-screen TV/VCR, Jacuzzi bath tub and private balcony.
Top Level: Expansive King Master Bedroom with tiled, walk-in shower, 50" flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and a private balcony.
Extras: Wireless high-speed internet, 5 TVs (Roku Streaming, YouTube TV included), 3 DVDs, 4 VCRs, 2 stereos with CD, Keurig Coffee Brewer, extensive video/book/DVD libraries, booster seat, high chair, pack-n-play, baby monitor, games, beach chairs, beach buggy, garage, bikes, charcoal park style BBQ grill, outside shower, easy walking distance to beach, parking for 3 cars, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), linens and towels provided, 4 bikes, community water and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
