DESCRIPTION
This cheerfully decorated duplex has three living levels that can be accessed via stairs from the ground level. There are 4 bedrooms with TVs in each room, as well as 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate everyone. On the ground floor, there is enough room for 2 cars, one under the carport as well as one in the driveway.
The first level holds two bedrooms, each with their own private balcony. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bathroom, with the oceanside balcony. The second bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle bed that is perfect for the kids, and the street side balcony. This floor also has an additional, communal full bathroom with a shower tub combination that makes bath time for the little ones a breeze. A convenient full-size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.
The open concept second level is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen that features two eat-in bars that seat six, a full dining area for six, and a separate breakfast area that seats 4, ensuring that there is more than enough room for everyone. The living area overlooks the oceanfront covered balcony and includes a pull-out sleeper sofa so that this space can serve as an additional sleeping area.
Finally, the third level is where you will find two additional bedrooms, both with separate private balconies. The primary bedroom has the oceanside balcony, with a king bed and full private bathroom, that includes a double vanity sink and stand in shower. The last bedroom has the street side balcony, with a Queen bed and full private bathroom with another walk-in shower.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Day Bed with Twin Trundle, 1 Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one under carport, one driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets.
