Upstairs, the main living level features a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. The exquisite Chef's kitchen offers high-end stainless-steel appliances, a double refrigerator, Wolf gas range and an ice maker. The family chef will be blown away! This kitchen is sure to make preparing family meals a pleasure. Enjoy home cooked meals gathered around the large kitchen table or evenings relaxing on the plush sectional watching movies with your family. There is a half bathroom for added convenience when hosting guests. A workstation overlooks the Intracoastal waterway, and a telescope is available for those curious about sea life and boaters beyond. Catch beautiful sunsets from the covered porch as the sunlight dances on the crystal blue water. A luxurious primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a plush king-sized bed, a walk-in shower, and large garden tub.

Outdoor dining will be a pleasure on the ground level screened in porch, complete with large table and chairs. For your enjoyment there is a surround sound system on this level, outdoor sofas, large sofa swing, and a tiki bar. Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan.
