The soundfront dining room comfortably seats 12 at the extra-large extended table. A remarkable third floor grand primary suite features a king sleigh bed, sitting area with 75" flat screen TV, gas fireplace, spacious primary bath with large walk-in shower and soaking tub plus a private sunroom and balcony for amazing sunset views. Private Guest Bedroom Suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include large flat screen TV and pillow-top mattresses - with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white bedding (including comforter), Sand Castle Club bath linens, fluffy bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. A large 40' screened-in porch just off the pool includes outdoor conversation/reading area, cocktail area with refrigerator, and just inside is the game room with pool table, wet bar, large 70" flat screen TV, wine cooler and stereo wired to both indoor/outdoor speakers. Hardwood and tile flooring (no carpet) and ceiling fans throughout. The dock house at Malibu features an evening firepit with comfortable lounge seating while the pool deck and soundfront yard showcase a 33' swimming pool with chaise and Adirondack chairs. An outdoor kitchen featuring 2 grills - XL Wilmington Grill and XL Big Egg Grill, plus soundfront outdoor dining, and a 7-person hot tub under the live oaks. Washer/Dryer. Wireless Internet. Pet-welcoming property w/crate, bowls, and dog bed provided; $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Available year-round. Property is rented weekly only. No smoking.
