Having an outside swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grills, outside showers, and turtle friendly outdoor lighting. Let's not forget the great views you will see staying at Pier Pointe condominiums. You will see lovely views of the ocean and the sound. You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories with 6 condos per building. No elevators.
3B-2 is a nicely decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront condo. The dining area offers six seats for the family to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. The Kitchen/Bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. The bar has two stools. Across from the Kitchen there is a Wet Bar. Living Area has a TV. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with ample under-bed storage for suitcases, TV & Private Bath with large Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. There is an additional Bath in the Hallway. Central Heat & Air. 3 TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player.
Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday.
