Enjoy the luxury of being directly on the ocean and having access to a semi-private pool. A semi- private elevator, gas grill and parking for 3 cars only add to the already exquisite property. Enjoy tropical views of the Atlantic ocean from inside the living/dining area or outside on the spacious deck that overlooks the sparkling semi-private pool.  Comfortable living space. The kitchen is fully equpped with everything needed to cook up some yummy meals during your stay when not eating out.    

The oceanfront master suite fit for any king is furnished with a king(br1) bed, TV, ensuite with whirlpool tub and access to the oceanfront deck.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen(br2) bed and the 3rd with a  Queen(br3) &  Twin Sleep Chair to accommodate most sleeping arrangements. A queen sleeper sofa is tucked away in the living room to provide any additional sleeping space for a couple of little ones. These bedrooms share a shower/tub combo bathroom.

Property has a semi- private elevator, gas grill, TV's in each bedroom TV/DVD in living area. All TV's are equipped with the TV Select Plan through Spectrum TV. The walkway to the beach with built-in benches excellent for enjoying your 1st cup of coffee while viewing the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic.

Renting "A Sunrise Celebration" the top 2 levels of this property will give you exclusive access to the pool as well as an additional 6 bedrooms and 4 baths for a combined total of 9 bedrooms, 6 baths with a maximum occupancy of 24. *Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
