Celebrate sunrise to sunset in this oceanfront 6 bedroom/4 bath over and under duplex. Enjoy watching the dolphins play in the surf or the family swimming in the semi-private pool from either of the two large decks located on each level of the unit and each furnished with lots of comfortable outdoor seating. Both decks are made accessible to one another by an outdoor spiral staircase and are also accessible from 4 of the 6 bedrooms and the living room. The semi-private pool is shared with the guests staying below on the 1st level of this duplex "Bali Hai". The Dining Space will seat up to 10 with a breakfast bar to seat 2 guests.

The bottom level of this two level duplex decorated in bright "beach-y" colors is where you'll find the kitchen/dining/living area and oceanfront king(br1) sized master suite with separate whirlpool tub, shower & TV. One bedroom is equipped with a full bunk bed with trundle(br2) and the other bedroom is furnished with a full and a twin bed with trundle(br3) both sharing access to a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The stackable washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

The top level of this duplex has an oceanfront king(br4) master suite with separate whirlpool tub and shower. The additional two bedrooms are oceanfront and located on this top floor with each furnished with queen(brs5&6) beds and share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and oceanfront deck access.

The unit is fully furnished with excellent quality appliances, furniture, and five TV/DVD combo's, equipped with TV Select Plan with Spectrum TV, stereo, etc. Guests of Sunrise Celebration have unlimited access to the semi-private pool located on the property, which is shared only with guests on the lower unit on the first floor.  The walkway to the beach with built-in benches excellent for enjoying your 1st cup of coffee while viewing the beautiful sunrise over the  Atlantic.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:  

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am  only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
