• Accessibility: (2) 2 Story Stilted Duplex Homes with Stairs
• Parking: 4-6 parking Spaces in front of the home depending on vehicle size
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Events: *This home is Wedding Friendly with a non-refundable event fee. Refundable security deposit is required. 50 max occupancy for an event. • Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
