Surf Condo 238

  The Surf Condominiums have all of the ingredients for that most perfect of all beach getaways. Located just one mile north of the iconic swing bridge in Surf City they connect to the island bike path and are a short stroll to shops and restaurants. The complex stretches from the 900 block of North New River Drive to an expansive stretch of the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Eight Caribbean colored three story buildings lazily stretch in a "U" shape surrounding a private zero entry pool with sunbathing decks and covered gazebos. Just the place to relax after an invigorating day spent playing, shelling and swimming at the beach. The kids will love the walk in pool and the adults will enjoy the laid back relaxation offered by the pool side lounge and deck chairs. Guests are welcome to use the storage closet on the ground floor for Surf Condo 238 to store all of their beach gear, fishing poles, and boogie boards.

Surf Condo 238 is located on the third floor of building 2, which will be on your right side after driving through the gated entry. Plenty of parking can be found in the large open parking lot surrounding the complex.

A quick trip up the stairs will have you arriving at your beach home away from home. Upon entering the unit you'll step into the short hallway where you can already see the amazing ocean view! You can't get much closer to the beach than this! At the end of this hallway you'll find the open kitchen, living and dining areas.

The living room provides the perfect spot to catch your breath after a busy day on the beach. Enjoy a movie or even get some work done by taking advantage of the cable television and wireless internet. The comfortable seating offers plenty of room for your entire party.

Your private deck can be accessed directly from the living room. The covered deck provides outdoor seating and a view you won't believe! Surf Condo 238 looks over the pool area as well as the sprawling Surf City beach. You won't miss a single second of sun or fun out here, even if you spend the entire day lounging on your deck!

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal planning and entertaining. The counter provides bar seating and opens up into the living room so you won't have to miss a single moment of the party. A dining area is located to the side of the kitchen and serves as a great spot for dinner time or just a quick snack.

Back down the hall you will find the primary bedroom as well as a full and half bathroom. The stairs leading to the loft room can be found at this end of the unit near the front door.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and plenty of peace of quiet. With this room at the opposite end of the action in the living room, it offers a tranquil location to retreat at the end of the day. Turn in for the night or catch up on your shows with the flat screen television. The half bathroom can be accessed directly from this room. The full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or through the half bathroom entrance off the master bedroom. This full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and a single sink vanity.

The loft bedroom is up one short flight of stairs. A perfect place for the kiddos, the loft features two double size beds to snuggle up in and dream about the rolling waves outside. A television is provided in this room as well as a convenient vanity and sink.

At the close of the day, relax on your private oceanside deck. Sit back, stretch out, reflect on the adventures of the day and plan the adventures of tomorrow. It's all here waiting for you, your family and your friends. Explore Topsail Island from your own "home base."
