Enjoy the professionally decorated interior, direct ocean and beach views and beautiful natural lighting that fills the entire condo. The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious master suite offers a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view. Wake up to enjoy the sunrise! A large walk-in closet, stunning private bath, including a jacuzzi-style tub , double sinks and separate shower complete the master suite. The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfy queen bed and includes a large desk for checking in on remote work. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 4. A second large hall bath serves these 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with new SMART-TVs, so bring your passwords to enjoy them to the fullest. You will find a large kitchen with a stunning ocean-view, just updated with a new refrigerator, microwave and wine/beverage fridge. Enjoy the coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press and drip coffee maker. Stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking and bakeware, the kitchen is open to a large dining room for easy serving and clean up. Dining room table seats 8 and opens to the spacious living room with a wall of windows, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! The living room is anchored by a brand new 55" SMART-TV with comfy seating for all, and offers easy access to the large balcony.
Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is directly on the Atlantic and conveniently located to a market and restaurants. The building atrium offers a large in-ground pool with ample tables, chairs and chaises. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space you will find a large locked closet, in which you can store the beach equipment you have brought with you (chairs, wagons, toys). All these condo amenities have restricted access to tenants only, including pool use.
Please note: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. There are also signs posted outside of the building where you are NOT permitted to park electric vehicles. This is due to it being too close to the building. Any additional parking without signs is fine to park at. However, this additional parking is limited. Also, the indoor parking has a height limit of 6ft 4inches. Large vehicles with roof top luggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage.
Tenants must use assigned parking space in covered garage if their vehicle fits. No extra overnight guests are allowed in the unit. Extra-wide, jumbo, oversized trucks must park outside the parking garage near the parking garage entrance.
