This inviting waterfront oasis is located on a private point on the open bay:you can see forever! It's the perfect spot for enjoying your evening "Cocktails" and watching the glorious sunsets while mulling over your "Dreams" of what tomorrow will bring:including swimming in the Bayside Pool!

Inside, this "dream" offers you three levels of outstanding water views - starting with the wall of windows in the 3rd floor great room that allows amazing views from both the back and side of the house. You'll love the room's openness with its cathedral ceiling, skylights and soothing beachy tones along with access to the screened porch and open deck. The dining area's farm table features space for 12 and the kitchen breakfast bar seats another 4. A queen bedroom and a half bath complete this floor.

The 2nd floor includes two King Master Suites and hall door access to the waterside deck. The bayside master, Captain's Quarters, features its own wall of windows and a comfortable recliner to enjoy your cocktail while taking in the stunning sunsets. This room features a large master bath with a soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. The second Master Suite also offers a recliner for TV watching and relaxing as well as a spacious bath with tub/shower combo.

The first floor offers a Queen Master Suite with gorgeous bay views, a TV and book shelves with a small selection of books for young and old. This master bath also features a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom, Crew's Quarters, is perfect for a family with smaller children featuring a queen bed and two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A hall bath with shower stall serves this room.

Outside, spacious multi-level decking offers amazing bay views:and the pool is perfectly located to enjoy a sunset swim and those views. When you're not splashing in the pool, teach the kids to fish on the dock provided. Bring or rent a kayak to explore Back Bay and the ramp is great for launching your small boat. The grassy yard is fenced on all 4 sides and allows the kids some space to run around and play along with their four legged canine pal. Corn hole boards and a basketball hoop are provided for your enjoyment. Boat lift is not available for guest use.--ON BAY--
