Outdoors, enjoy the fenced in Swimming Pool and relax in the swirling waters of the intimate Hot Tub for 2. Play Basketball on a 15'x15' cement court, Horseshoes, a mini chip and putt golf green, or just play cards on the picnic table. The kids will enjoy digging in the sandbox.
Best of all, from the ocean side deck, you'll enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic...and from the bay side deck, you'll experience magnificent sunset views over the wildlife refuge (several guests have seen deer grazing). The decks offer both shady and sunny areas for relaxing, grilling and picnicking. This is one of the very few beach homes that offers a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and Jetted Tub, as well as easy and quick access to the beach! There is ample parking for 6 cars.
