Inside you'll find a master bedroom suite featuring your own private bath with jetted tub, large closet, and separate balcony overlooking the canal and large swimming pool. The private bath in the second master bedroom leaves plenty of privacy for another couple in your party. A new bunk bed featuring two full-sized beds allows a family with young children to keep them close by. Interior access between floors via spiral stairs - exterior access is also provided.

On the first floor, there are two bunk rooms, plus a queen bedroom for parents nearby. Take a break in the game room with a newly recovered pool table and two full-sized arcade games to reminisce with classic Ms. Pac-Man, Golden Tee Golf and Ridge Racer.

Out on the deck, you'll enjoy a backyard oasis, with poolside bar, restroom, television and refrigerator. Time will fly as you relax in the hot tub, fish from the cabana, take a ride in the canoe, play ping pong, grill out on the patio, sit in the shade on the covered screened deck, or head to the beach with easy access just 3 houses down.
