Perfectly located off the beaten path at the end of a secluded side street with a canopy of trees shading the property:but still only a short trip to the beach. The kids will enjoy learning to fish or crab on the boat dock or put the pedal boat in the water and take them for a leisurely ride down the canal to Lake Tecumseh. Bring or rent kayaks for even more time exploring the area and communing with nature. The whole family can enjoy the cooler evenings sitting by the firepit while revisiting the fun they had that day!

Enjoy a breeze on the screened porch overlooking the canal or curl up in the sun room with your morning coffee and that book you've been meaning to read. The ping pong table will bring hours of family fun!

Inside, the living room is comfortably-sized for family movie watching or game playing. The game library includes a selection of board games and Eurogames for all tastes. The nearby kitchen and dining area make snacking and meals a breeze.

The bedrooms include a king master suite with private bath, while the queen room and bunk room, with a twin over double plus a pullout twin, share the hall bath with tub.
