The first floor offers an Oceanside Gathering room overlooking both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the poolside lounging area. Gaming area includes an arcade game, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables. This level features 5 spacious suites including a handicap friendly king suite with roll in shower, first floor elevator entrance, and pool bathroom.

The second floor includes a huge open area with the Great Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. The well-stocked kitchen features a pantry, large center island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including three refrigerators, two gas stoves and two dishwashers. Sliding doors from the great room lead out to the oceanside covered veranda offering the perfect spot for dolphin watching or catching that amazing sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. The Media Room features a 60" flat panel TV, comfortable seating and surround sound. Two suites are included on this level.

The third floor features an Ocean Room with expansive ocean views and sliding doors that lead out to the open deck. Five additional suites are included on this level along with a Laundry Room and wetbar.

Outside, your oasis awaits, starting with a rooftop Veranda for that bird's eye view of the majestic Atlantic. Spiral outside stairs lead to each level. Cabana with full kitchen makes dining poolside a breeze.

Soak up some sun lounging on the pool deck and then take a refreshing dip or get some exercise while swimming laps. Rainy day? No problem...swim those laps in the indoor pool.

For the environmentally conscious guest, this home provides a Tesla compatible, 240 Volt charging station for your electric car.
