This bright and airy retreat has a split floor plan upstairs with a King Bedroom, kid's room and a bath on each side of the Living Room which makes it great for 2 families vacationing together. Gas fireplace is available October through April. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms plus a Den with 70" TV, DVD player and Wii Game System (bring your favorite games) as well as a full bath. Spacious decks offer plenty of room to lounge in the sun or relax with a cup of coffee and catch the sunrise. There's even enough dining seating for your whole group inside and out! The kids will love family time even more when they can spend hours splashing around in the Pool - and so will Mom and Dad! New city beach access makes the 400 feet to the beach even easier.
