The living room was designed with your comfort in mind with its soothing décor and furnishings including the 55" flat panel TV and wall of windows to take in the Oceanview. The expansive kitchen with its gorgeous quartz countertops features a regular coffeepot as well as a Keurig and the island offers seating for 6. The dining area, with its large table, will easily seat the other 8 family members.

The kids will love having their own space in the downstairs den to watch a movie on the 39" flat screen with the attached Blu-ray player while the rest of the family enjoys sparkling conversation or watches something else in the main level living room. The wetbar also provides a mini-fridge and microwave for easy snacking.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with spacious king size beds and include an ensuite on each level. All bedrooms include a TV and colorful bedding. The pack 'n play provided for your little one is easy to transport wherever you need - don't forget to bring your own sheet.

Soak up some sun on the large open sundeck or relax in the shady comfort of the delightful sunroom.

The garage provides space for storing beach chairs or bikes (no room for car) and is home to an extra refrigerator and a ping pong table for hours of family fun!

Easy beach access is just one house north so you'll be lounging by the water or riding the waves in no time.
