Outdoor living space is The Card Shark's signature feature, with a spacious screened porch and deck from the second (main) story overlooking the canal, along with your own private tropical, tree-shaded oasis including a huge 16' x 30' Swimming Pool. The sprawling pool deck includes 60 feet of built-in bench seating, six resort style lounge chairs, a tiki bar, and his-and-her double outdoor showers that might be the biggest in Sandbridge! The lower level, accessible from the pool deck or the second story, includes a foosball table, Trundle bed that can be converted into two twin beds and TV. Access to private, huge 20 x 20 foot dock so bring your kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard (not available for motorized boat docking).
