The dining area will seat the whole group for meals, playing family games or putting together puzzles. The kitchen offers ample granite countertops for meal prep and sparkling stainless steel appliances.

The king bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window letting in the light. The ensuite bath has a double vanity and a tub with shower. Just down the hall is the second bedroom which features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a TV. The nearby hall bath features a tub and shower combo.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, plus a lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. × Notice: The hot tub is no longer available for use at The Sanctuary.
