The first floor has two bedrooms: one with 2 Twin-over-Double bunks and a private bathroom, and a King Master Suite with an ensuite bathroom. A half bathroom is also on this level.

On the second floor, the open living space includes a cozy family game area, a spacious kitchen with two refrigerators, two 6-burner gas ranges, two dishwashers, and a coffee bar. The southeastern-facing kitchen offers stunning beach views. A media room with 15 theater seats is perfect for movie nights. Two bedrooms, one with Twin-over-Double bunks and the other a King Suite, each have private bathrooms. A second half bathroom is located off the living room.

The third floor features a living area with a wet bar, mini fridge, and panoramic ocean views through wall-to-wall windows. Five King suites with private bathrooms and one bedroom with 2 double beds and its own bathroom complete the level.

Outside, unwind by the private swimming pool and hot tub, or lounge by the poolside cabana with a countertop bar area to enjoy drinks.
