Both bedrooms on this level feature a private bathroom.The second floor of this home is reserved for the Master suite with a King bed and private bathroom. This bedroom has its very own private balcony, so grab a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail and enjoy endless hours of the sights and sounds of the beach.
The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Notice: The Cabana Bar will not be open this 2024 summer season.The hot tub is not operational and is not expected to be available this off season.
