When you walk through that gorgeous front door, you are welcomed by an entry way which leads to the Recreation Room where you will find a pool table, foosball table, and large TV where you can spend the evenings competing and relaxing after a long day playing in the waves! Also on this level you will find the laundry room, a King master bedroom, two rooms with Queen sized beds, and one bedroom which features 2 Twin over Double Bunks. All the bedrooms located on the first floor have a private bathroom.

As you climb the stairs to the second level, you are welcomed by the dining area which features an expansive dining table so that your family can enjoy your favorite vacation meals together. On one side of the dining area, you can find the comfortable living area which features a gorgeous view of the ocean through the large windows on the east side of the home. On the other side of the dining room, you will find the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances - perfect for the chefs of the family to cook up some delicious creations!

The second floor features four more bedrooms for the family to enjoy. Two of the bedrooms feature Queen beds and have their own private bathrooms, and two bedrooms, also with Queen beds, which share a hall bathroom.

The outside areas of this home are a true secluded space for your family to relax and enjoy the incredible ocean breeze. The top floor of the home features a balcony on the east side of the home, an expansive deck along the south side of the home, and a screened porch that overlooks the backyard area where you can enjoy the vibrant colors of a Sandbridge Sunset.
