Looking for a "Beach Getaway"? On the south end of Sandbridge awaits the perfect place to enjoy the sand between your toes and the ocean breeze all around you!
The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from stainless steel appliances to all the cooking essentials. The kitchen features gleaming granite countertops that span the length of the kitchen with direct access to the living area so no one has to miss out on the fun! Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which offers room for the whole family to enjoy delicious meals together.
The spacious living room features comfortable couches which makes this central room the social hub for your stay:grab some popcorn and have a movie night or challenge your family to an epic game night!
The main suite features a Queen bed and private bath. Sliding doors lead to the balcony overlooking the courtyard pool area and offer a great space for unwinding and taking in that sea breeze. A bedroom with another queen bed can be found in the second bedroom and the third room features a Twin over Double Bunk and a single twin bed. The hall bath is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), clubhouse, exercise room and library. Located next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Notice: The hot tub is no longer available for use at The Sanctuary.
