The third floor features a spacious great room with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV so the whole family can join together to play games or watch your favorite movie. The generous kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island where the family can gather while preparing a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. The dining areas feature seating for the whole family. Additional seating and glorious bay views are also provided on the screened porch. The third King Master Suite offers romantic sunset views, access to the balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bath that includes a jetted tub, dual sinks, and a large glass-walled shower.
