Magnolia House

Magnolia House is located on a quiet side street in Sandbridge, directly next to one of Back Bay's canals. This charming, five-bedroom home is a quintessential beach getaway with all the amenities you need to have the vacation of your dreams!

As you enter the main floor, you will be enamored with the beachy décor and contemporary furniture. The heart of this level is the living area with a comfortable sectional with plenty of pillows, wood-burning fireplace available October through April, and a smart TV. This room will serve as the perfect spot for family movie nights. A rec room can be found right around the corner, complete with even more comfortable sofas, access to the back deck, and a foosball table.

Adjacent to the living area is the brand-new kitchen: gleaming countertops, new cabinets, and a tiled backsplash give this area a bright and modern feel. The kitchen is well-stocked, all it needs is a chef to create some culinary magic! Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, kitchen bar, or breakfast nook. There is no shortage of seating in Magnolia House!

One of our favorite features of this property is the expansive back deck which overlooks the backyard and peaceful canal. Accessible from the main level, this deck gets plenty of sun and offers guests plenty of outdoor seating. At the end of a day spent playing in the surf, unwind and relax in the salty beach air in the vibrant glow of our beloved Sandbridge sunsets.

One of the lower-level rooms offers a twin-over-king bunk while the other has a Queen-sized bed. Both rooms are furnished with coastal touches and their own smart TVs and share a hall bathroom. These rooms are located near the first-floor media room which features a smart TV, Wii gaming console, and lavish recliners.

The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the main level. The primary King suite is the pinnacle of luxury! Those lucky enough to claim this room will absolutely love the sauna, jetted tub, luxurious King-sized bed, and private smart TV. An additional King bedroom is also located on the main level and is just as tastefully furnished as the rest. The remaining bedroom is a bunkroom with a twin-over-king bunk and smart TV and access to a shared hall bath.

Magnolia House has a backyard for fun-lovers of all ages. Step into the pool area and take a dip in the sparkling private salt-waterpool or enjoy some good food and conversation in the shaded outdoor dining area! There is a gas grill/charcoal grill/smoker combo provided for guest use, so be sure to pick up some burgers and have yourself a cookout. When you're not lounging on the pool deck furniture and soaking up some sun, head on down to the private dockâ€"perfect for launching kayaks or the canoe provided. Adventure seekers can paddle down the canal and into the bay to catch some glimpses of local wildlife and stunning scenery.--ON CANAL--
