This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium is a highly coveted property located in The Sanctuary on the south end of Sandbridge.

An expansive private balcony offers panoramic views of our beloved Sandbridge Beach and the Atlantic. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee in the comfortable outdoor seating and look for dolphins and pelicans as the waves roll in.

Inside, the sparkling kitchen awaits the chef of the family. Gleaming granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and cooking equipment essentials make it easy to create home-cooked meals after a wonderful beach day. The family room is the perfect spot to hang out with your loved onesâ€"the comfortable seating and large HD flatscreen TV are great for movie night!

The primary bedroom has its very own balcony access, private bathroom, and flatscreen TV. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom and flatscreen TV, while the third bedroom offers two bunkbeds and a flatscreen TV.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
