Oceanz Five is a five-bedroom, waterfront retreat with majestic views of our beloved Back Bay...and a Brand New Pool in 2023!

Oceanz Five's exterior features a beautiful wrap-around deck overlooking one of Back Bay's canals with seating and a gas grill. On the screened-in porch you'll find a comfortable sitting area complete with an outdoor table, which is a great place to enjoy a family dinner or your morning cup of coffee.

Nothing beats watching the vibrant colors of a Back Bay sunset with those you love, and the back deck will offer you a fantastic view. When the sun goes down, head inside to unwind after a day filled with beach fun. The recreation room is sure to be a hitâ"the competitive folks in the family can battle it out with a game of foosball or shuffleboard while everyone else enjoys a family movie in the seating area.

Each bedroom features tasteful furnishings and comfortable beds, creating the perfect spot to rest at the end of a long day of fun in the sun. The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a king-sized bed, private bath, and flat screen TV. Two of the remaining bedrooms have queen-sized beds and TVs, and one has a set of twin beds. The remaining bedroom is the perfect spot for the kiddos with two sets of bunk beds.

Spend hours of family time splashing and relaxing in the cool water of your own private swimming pool! Get some exercise swimming laps or race the kids across the pool and back, then lounge poolside and soak up some sun...ahh relaxation!

This property has easy access to the beach, so you'll be in the sand in no time. After playing in the waves, rinse off in the outdoor shower before jumping in the brand-new pool!
