Direct beach access from right beside the house enables you to watch the children scamper a block down Porters Island Road to the beach. Climbing up to the crow's nest is worth it whether you witness the spectacular sunset over Back Bay, watch the beach empty as beachgoers leave for the day, or lay down to soak up some sun or to experience the panoramic view of the night sky.

The private pool is a favorite with children and adults alike. There are plenty of pool toys for the kids and adults can take turns soaking up the sun on the pool's tanning ledge. The outdoor shower comes in handy after a long day at the beach or after a dip in the pool.

Want some "alone time"? You can always retreat to one of four decks or the enclosed porch with a good book from the "take-one, leave-one" book collection. The first floor den gives the kids some space of their own to watch TV or play games. Enjoy activities for the whole family in the recreation room complete with a ping pong table, shoot some hoops out front, or play volleyball or corn hole on the sandy court area. Dinner is a time for important decisions like ...shall we eat on one of the decks, on the enclosed porch, in the dining room or perhaps poolside? Decisions, decisions....!
