Four bedrooms on this level include a king suite with its own private bath, one king bedroom and one double bedroom with private balcony access where you can enjoy the sun of the morning and the cool shade of the afternoon, and one bedroom with two twin beds and two pullout twins that all share a second bath with an architect designed separate shower and tub space to allow access to the rest of the bathroom while in use.

The kids will quickly claim the third level which offers a family game room with pool table and a topper to convert the table into a ping pong table (new in 2024), a foosball table and a seating area with TV. The expansive third floor deck offers a view of the ocean for the sunrise and the bay to see the sunset.

The first floor offers an in-law suite with small living space, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and microwave plus a King bedroom and bath. Deck area off this suite is a perfect shady spot for reading or relaxing. Garage is not available for guest use.

Outside, your family will enjoy an entire day full of fun in the sun all day with a South facing backyard with your own private saltwater pool and hot tub nearby. This uniquely designed pool offers sun ledges for staying cool while soaking up the sun and two sets of entry stairs. The large pool deck also allows plenty of room for lounging and relaxing. Corn hole boards are also provided for some family fun in the sun. Bring or rent kayaks to launch from the dock and ramp provided and explore the canals and bay waters.
