A second-floor open concept living area complete with a 4K 70" surround sound smart TV, two large dining tables, a spacious, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, and sweeping views of the ocean provides a place for the entire family to gather. With two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a separate ice maker, and extensive granite countertops, this kitchen was designed with large groups in mind. Head out onto the deck though one of two double sliding glass doors to enjoy the sight and sound of the waves while relaxing on nicely upholstered wicker lounge furniture, eating at the partially enclosed outdoor dining table, or cooking dinner on the Blaze premium marine grade grill. With a direct line to a large propane tank, you'll never have to worry about changing the tank or running out of fuel.
Downstairs, a festive game room with wet bar (featuring a third refrigerator and dishwasher) and a 4K 70" surround sound smart TV allows for additional indoor fun including billiards, foosball, shuffleboard table and a card/poker table.
Step outside, and rolling sand dunes provide privacy while lounging by the Jacuzzi hot tub and in-ground oceanside salt water pool, complete with a glass fence for the perfect beachfront experience. Kids of all ages will enjoy outdoor games including bocce ball, regulation corn hole and shuffleboard court. Plus, the fenced-in backyard and grassy front yard are perfect for your canine companion!
