The 3rd floor Rec Room with Pool Table, flat-screen TV and refrigerator is a great getaway space for the teenagers, and the kids' bunk bedroom is filled with toys and fun for the younger ones. Multi-level decking offers many sun and shade options.

Nothing says vacation better than having your own private Swimming Pool! Spend your days frolicking at the beach and your afternoons cooling off in the pool - ahhh! Poolside Tiki Bar with Refrigerator keeps your beverages chilled and close at hand. Play Ping-Pong, Horseshoes, or Corn Hole by the pool! Easy beach access just two houses north. (Garage not available for guest use.)
