Teach the kids to crab and fish on the dock, bring or rent kayaks and launch them easily with the ramp provided (ramp not available for boat launching). There's nothing like getting up close to nature by exploring the canals and open bay area. You'll likely see many varieties of birds, fish, turtles and other wildlife while paddling along.
Your family will also enjoy hours of fun, splashing, swimming and playing in your own private swimming pool. Soak up some sun lounging poolside, dockside, or on one of the canalside decks. Have a family-friendly game of full court basketball with hoops set up on each side of the driveway.
Easy beach access is just one house south so you'll be digging in the sand and surfing the waves in no time.
This property has a high efficiency washer. HE detergent should be used.
Inside, you'll enjoy beautiful new hardwood flooring (no carpet for those with sensitivities) and 10 new smart TVs, including an 85" in the living room, for your streaming pleasure. The garage has been converted into a "fun" family game room with a seating area with 70" TV, pool table, foosball table and dart board.
