Ample comfortable seating allows everyone to have a spot for watching a movie together while the spacious dining table promises shared family meals and a place for working on a puzzle or playing board games. The enclosed porch features a skylight and ceiling fan and is a great additional space for reading or just relaxing. The King Master Suite and two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath are on this level.
The lower level features a family game room with a foosball table plus a den area with a 55" Smart TV and premium cable sports package so the family sports enthusiasts won't miss out on the big game! This level also includes two bedrooms and a common hall bathroom. The garage also has a ping pong table for more family fun!
Outside, your family can enjoy a game of corn hole or a game of basketball. Settle in at the beach and watch the waves rolling in or bring your boogie boards to catch the waves instead. Build sandcastles with the kids or just lay back and soak up some sun:don't forget the sunscreen! Nothing beats a journey down the beach and the kids will love collecting sea shells as they go.
