Mermaid in Heaven has easy beach access across the street so you can take that early morning journey to catch the sunrise and then bring the kids back after breakfast for some fun in the sun! Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day jumping in the waves, building sand castles or searching for sea shells. After you've had your fill of the beach, head back to the house to cool off in your own private pool. Swim laps, splash with the kids and just have some relaxing family fun. To really relax, spend some time in the hot tub:your tension will float away in the bubbles. The poolside fire pit (bring your own wood) provides a great family gathering space in the evenings.
This spacious home offers 2 adult suites on each floor plus a kid room or two as well as living spaces on each. The family can gather together for a movie in front of the 85" LED Smart TV or enjoy a game or two of ping pong, if you're up for the challenge. The top floor den includes a seating area and TV so the kids can have a space of their own. The kitchen offers ample counter space for meal prep and two dining tables plus bar seating will accommodate the whole group. Everyone will enjoy playing the board games, card games and puzzles provided as well as the books and DVDs. The top level twin and double futon room is also a playroom that holds tons of fun for younger children with a train table, duplo blocks, hot wheels, tea set and doll house. Desks are provided in two bedrooms for those who need to telework or for remote learning.

In 2023: Totally renovated kitchen with new layout, appliances, flooring, and new dining table. Exterior make-over to include: extended pool deck, screened in back porch, new siding, new larger front windows to brighten up the great room with lots of natural light, new roof and siding.
