The home offers several cozy well-lit areas for avid book readers, and numerous board games and puzzles for family fun. Both bathrooms have grab bars for safety. All bedrooms have smart TVs (26"- 42") and USB charging stations. Guests conducting business will appreciate the convenience of the printer/copier/scanner in the master bedroom (additional paper and ink cartridges are not provided). The grocery wagon makes bringing in groceries simple and efficient. The large balcony has privacy walls on both sides, comfortable marine-grade polymer padded sling chairs, and a dining table. There are two reserved garage parking spaces (both are "end" spaces). You have access to the storage unit in the garage, including two adult bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys. On top of all this, you are right next to the life-guarded public beach, shops, market, and restaurant!
