Located in the quiet north end, Merrytime is a quick three minute trip to the beach. This home is filled with comfortable furnishings designed for the perfect family, or multi-family, vacation. After spending time on the beach come home to:

• Enjoy the sunny 19' x 39' Swimming Pool (with a shallow sitting area), pool volleyball net and pool basketball hoop are provided.
• Watch the ocean, listen to the waves, or view the stars from the east and west facing decks and 3rd level oceanside deck. Options include sun or shade.
• Play in grassy backyard which includes volleyball/badminton net.
• Separate fenced pool area includes Poolside bar with sink, mini-fridge and gas grill plus seating for enjoying your favorite beverages.
• Portacrib (bring your own sheet), high chair, and two child security gates are provided.
• 70 inch LED Smart HDTV in Living Room with DVD and Bose Bluetooth sound bar.
• Firm beds. HDTV and DVD players (except twin) in each bedroom.
• BR5 has extra long twin beds (main level).
• 55 inch networked HDTV with DVD player in loft sitting area. Also, table for puzzles or games in sitting area.
• BR1 (2-Twin/Double Bunks) is semi-private and located on the upper floor (loft level) with adjacent sitting area.
• Garage has extra Refrigerator/freezer, 8 backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards, pool and beach toys.
• Hotel style safe is provided for valuables.
• Outdoor hammock, picnic tables and sitting areas.
• Outdoor ping pong table, bocce ball, corn hole boards (bring your own bags).
• Six adult bikes are provided in garage (with helmets).
• Gas logs fireplace available October through April and is not to be used in high wind conditions.
• Parking for 6 to 7 cars in oversized driveway.
