“All-Sea-Sun” will astound you with high end finishes and furnishings, a large beautiful kitchen, elevator, and an outdoor pool and living area that will be where you spend all your time when you are not at the beach.  Seven masters give almost everyone their own private bath, and all baths will have custom tile and stone countertops. All bedrooms and gathering areas have smart TVs so no matter where you find yourself, games and streaming are available for you and your guests.

Top floor has a great room area that includes a living area with electric fireplace with access to a large screened porch. What a great spot to enjoy ocean breezes without the inconvenience of bugs! The kitchen has plenty of storage and countertop space, with stone countertops and all stainless steel appliances. It's a chef's kitchen with 2 gas ranges, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large center island for work station, storage and seating for 4. The main large dining table seats 12 and there is a second dining table that seats 8. The elevator is centrally located through all three levels. Two king master suites are on this level.

The second level has 4 master bedrooms, each with a private bath. There is a king bedroom with access to the mid-level deck. The master with 2 Duo Bunks has access to the front mid-level deck. The laundry room is on this level with 2 sets full size stackable washer/dryers. The other two masters have king beds and all the delightful appointments you would expect from a vacation rental of this caliber.

The ground-level has one king master suite with access to the patio and pool deck. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed a double over double bunk bed that shares a full bath with the hallway, for a “semi-private” master bath. Let the games begin! Full size billiards table invites all for friendly competition, or how about Texas Hold'em with the teens at the game table? Not in the mood for billiards? No worries, you can play foosball too! There is a wet bar with a mini fridge making snacks and drinks convenient for the rec set or from the pool area. The rec room opens directly onto the covered patio with a hot tub ready to go! Now we get to the fun stuff! The private pool area has ample decking and deck furniture for lounging in the sun while the kids splash and play in the pool. There is a poolside cabana with a Bar, Mini Fridge and LCD TV so even while watching the kids, dad won't miss his favorite team play their game. There is also a children's play area with swings and shuffleboard.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
