This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 12 guests and warmly welcomes your furry friends with its pet-friendly policy, allowing for two dogs. Perched directly on the sound, Jubilee Retreat boasts a back deck adorned with a bubbling hot tub, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the tranquil waters. A short stroll across the road unveils the pristine beach, while a private dock beckons boat enthusiasts to explore the waterways. Inside, expansive windows frame mesmerizing sound views, complementing the open kitchen layout—perfect for seamless entertaining. Whether you're captivated by the sound's serenity, enjoying a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or basking in the coastal charm, Jubilee Retreat promises an unforgettable escape where the best of beach and sound converge.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets
