DESCRIPTION
Located in the heart of Surf City, this property has everything you will need. You can watch the beautiful Topsail Island Sunsets while relaxing on the deck while the children swim in the private pool. Getting your belongings and groceries in the property is a breeze with the private elevator. There is plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom has a king while the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the bunk bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds. You can fish or launch your kayak from the private dock.
Pools are open May - September. Weather permitting these dates may change.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets
