- The owners have installed an exterior elevator lift. Great for luggage or groceries. **You must sign a waiver to gain access to the lift.

Please note:  Pools are open May - September.  Weather permitting these dates may change.

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:

·      Full set of linens for each bed

·      1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps

·      1 bathmat for each full bath

·      Bed making is not available

Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).

A starter kit will also be included which includes:

·      1 roll of paper towels

·      2 rolls of toilet paper

·      1 small dish soap

·      2 dishwasher tablets
