You get all the benefits of a large home, but with the amazing privacy and comfort that 3 kitchens and 3 living areas provides. There is also an oceanfront top deck that spans across all three units so that you can create a single large deck or close the doors for privacy.
The living rooms, kitchens and dining areas are located on the third level with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are a total of 6 Master bedrooms: Three Master bedrooms are on the third level with a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower. Each one has a private balcony with expansive views of the Intracoastal marsh to enjoy the sunset. There are three additional Master bedrooms overlooking the ocean and pool--each with a private bathroom and a private covered balcony with outdoor hot tubs and outdoor showers.
There are six additional bedrooms also located on the second level--each with access to yet another balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. There are amazing views from every single room of the house!
Each townhome has a separate kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. In total, there are 12 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms and 3 half baths across all 3 units. This home can accommodate a total of 30-36 people! Perfect for large gatherings of family & friends.

These homes are Smart Homes with keyless entry. They also offer high speed internet, Smart cable TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. No smoking and No Pets please.
The pool is open from April through October. There is a one-week minimum required.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Parking is available for up to 9 vehicles.

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
