Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.
The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 6+ vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30'+ boat/trailer/RV. The private backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun.
Unit B, on the lower level, welcomes you with an open floorplan, an ocean-view living area with a large smart TV and fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. The covered deck provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining or enjoying the ocean breeze. Two Queen bedrooms, complete with new mattresses and furnishings, share a full bathroom, with one offering a portable workspace for remote work.
